Visited Catton Hall on the 17th June ’17, as part of my Stag Weekend. We chose Archery and Clay Pigeon Shooting. Booking was a breeze and I cannot speak highly enough of the service we received. Recommended, A*

The whole venue and staff customer service was amazing!
On arrival we were unfortunately over 45 minutes late (due to traffic), but the welcome we received was so understanding and accepting it kick started our day perfectly. We did Clay Pigeon Shooting with Oliver Scott, who was very patient and made us all feel safe and confident. Even being late, we never once felt rushed or that our time had been cut short in anyway. The Quad biking was absolutely amazing, the scenery and actual area is perfect. I unfortunately was the slowest, but this was no problem for Dave one of the instructors who took me around. I did feel a little out my depth to begin with, but thanks to Dave i would 100% do it again!

I came here a few years ago for clay shooting and had a great time, with really varied traps and styles so when I was looking for a corporate team day out, this was the obvious choice. We booked two activities in an afternoon, comprising 6 games of paint-balling and the ultimate quad biking experience.
The afternoon was perfect in every way. From the friendly, knowledgeable team who really knew their stuff, to the facilities and equipment that are in great condition. Safety briefings were thorough with a good balance between having fun and keeping safe. Everything was very well organised with very little waiting around. There were a few different types of paintball ‘battle’ in the woods so no chance of any boredom there. The quad biking was probably the highlight for me though. One hour around the estate in a range of terrain at a speed to suit – they watched us initially and then split us into three groups according to confidence/ability but changed this as people’s confidence increased.
Everyone had a great time and I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

Just a quick note to say how much we enjoyed our day with you at Catton Hall last Saturday (22nd July)
I would like to thank all the staff and event leaders for making the day so enjoyable, from the Quad bike team who, after explaining the safety aspects, allowed you to go at the pace/level that you were comfortable with, (not hanging on for dear life trying to keep up or getting frustrated at the slower riders). After the Quads was the Archery, which having had the safety briefing (the event leaders name I have unfortunately forgotten, my apologies), was a laugh a minute with fond memories of past game show hosts and catchphrases, mingled with the five of us all trying to win. Finally, the clay pigeon shooting with instructor Phil, who explained to each of us in turn the correct way to shoot (varying levels of competence from us).
Overall, the five of us all agreed that the day was a great success, the event leaders we came across are a credit to you and that we will be back for more healthy competition in the future.
